Abdul Qadeer Rahib Dost

Abdul Qadeer Rahib Dost, the son of engineer Abdul Hamid Dost, was born in 1372 in Kabul city.Abdul Qadir Rehab Dost completed his elementary education at Esteghlal High School, secondary education at Abdul Ali Mostaghni and high school at Habibiya High School.In the year (2014), he was included in the human resources department and in the year (2018) he graduated from the mentioned field.At the same time as advancing higher Education, the candidate has included capacity improvement programs and has complete knowledge of English, Turkish and national languages of the country and computer skills.

Mr. Rahib Doost has performed his first work program as a representative of one of the partners of FCEC-UIProjects J.V company and the responsibility of the construction and professional consultant of import and export of the country. Furthermore, Mr. Rahib Doost was the head of Karimur Rahman Hospital for some time and also spent some time in the field of civil activities and became a member of the leadership board of the social and civil organization of intellectual youth.

Mr.Ghulam Dawood Shaeeq

Gholam Daud Shaiq son of Gholam Nabi was born in 1348 in Chanki Alia village of Seyed Khel district of Parwan province of this country in a scholarly family and received his informal elementary education in the village school.In 1365, he was included in Golbahar No. 2 school and after the military and political changes in the country in 1361, he moved to Kabul city and completed his elementary education at Saydal Naseri High School, and in 1365 he was included in the Electromechanical Technical College. In 1369, he completed his secondary education with fourteen passes in the field of strong electricity. In 1389, he was included in the law and political science , and in 1392, he graduated from General Attorney Judiciary, and in 1393, he successfully completed the legal internship at Kabul University. In 2014, he completed a master's in the field of public law at Khatam al-Nabiyin University . In 2018, he joined the National University of Tajikistan as a doctoral student, and now he is a third-year doctoral student in the field of constitutional law of that university.

In 1371, he was included in the oil tanker company of the Ministry of Trade and served in various administrative positions. In 1391, he became the head of law and parliamentary affairs of the Ministry of Higher Education, then in 1394, he was assigned as a legal advisor to the Ministry of Education, and then in 1395, he was appointed as the head of the inspection of the Ministry of Higher Education, and he held this position until 24/05/ 1400. has served. From 1394 to 1401, he has taught as a contract professor at Tabash, Bakhtar, Rana universities and Seyed Jamaluddin, Ashna and Tolo Aftab higher education institutes. Since 5/8/1401, he has been the academic vice president of Ashna Higher Education Institute.

Mr.Habibullah Hussaini

Honorable Habibullah "Hosseini", the son of Muhammad Yassin, who was born in 1368 in Hessa Awal Behsud district of Maidan Wardak province. He completed his primary education at Esteqlal High School in Farakhlam and then successfully completed secondary and high school in 2016 at Habibiya High School in Kabul.

Honorable Habibullah Hosseini, in 2008, after successfully passing the entrance exam, he was enrolled in the economics department, and in 2011, he graduated from the mentioned field, then in 2014, he enrolled in the master's degree in economics and development and successfully completed it.

Mr. Habibullah Hosseini served as the financial and administrative manager of the Bakhtar Company in 1391 and served as the vice chancellor financial and administrative in Ashna Institute Of Higher Education.

Mr.Omar Mukhtar Nikzad

Respected Omar Mokhtar "Nikzad", the son of Abdul Mobin, who was born in 1374 in Najarab district of Kapisa province. He completed his primary and secondary education at Dolat Mohammad Shahid Secondary School and then successfully completed his high school in 2012 at Hazrat Farrokhshah Najarab High School.Preceptor Omar Mukhtar Nikzad joined the Shari'at department of jurisprudence and law in 2014, and graduated from the aforementioned field in 2017. In 2018, he also successfully completed Islamic studies. In 2018, he entered the master's degree in the mentioned field and graduated in 1400. At the same time, Mr. Nikzad has been involved in capacity building programs along with advanced courses, and he has complete knowledge of Arabic, English, and computer skills. Preceptor Omar muKhatar Nikzad served as the head of the department in Ashna Institute Of Higher Education in 1399, and in 1400 he served as the head of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of this institution, and in 1401 , he was the head of the scientific assistantship of this institution for a while. He was in charge and at the end of the same year, he served as the deputy of student affairs of that institution.

He also has good experience in academic departments as a contract professor in educational and educational institutions from 1401-1397 (Dar al-Mulammin Kabul Roshan, Tolo Aftab Institute of Higher Education, Khurshid Institute of Higher Education, Hevad Institute of Higher Education and Norin Institute of Higher Education). He has performed his duties and carried out his scientific research in Shari'a and legal departments under the titles (Fundamentals of Islamic Jurisprudence, Fundamentals of Islamic Law, some of which are ready for publication and some of which are in the process of research and writing. In 1397, he engaged in social activities in addition to administrative and scientific activities, and in the same year, he worked as the head of the Council of Scholars and Influentials of the Civil Organization of the National Mobilization of Afghanistan, and since 1400, he has worked as the executive head of that organization. He has also been active in the media sector and has conducted religious, cultural and social programs in the national media (radio and television).

Mr.Ahmad MOjtaba Kohkan Kakar

Ahmad Mojtabi Kohkan Kakar, the son of Abdul Hadi Kohkan, was born in 1371 in the Kakari village of Chahar Asyab district of Kabul province in a bright, scholarly and spiritual family. At the age of six, he started studying religious sciences in mosques and schools, including the first class of the school, in 1389 from Abdul Hadi High School (Davi) after completing 12 years of education and participating in the entrance examination of the Ministry of Higher Education to the Faculty of Law and Sciences. Along with his political mission, Mr. Kakar continued his master's degree in international relations and completed it in 2018. He has a good ability in analyzing political issues and writing essays, he participated in the political discussion of many video and audio media, and many of his articles and materials have been made available to students of political science. In order to fulfill his religious and spiritual duties as best as possible, Mr. Kakar started to cooperate as a preceptor in the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Ashna Institute of Higher Education, and now he is the head of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of this prestigious institution with full sincerity and honesty.
